I made this dish one night last week and I have posted about it before...
I am writing about it now, to help make me remember what I did...
I did the usual (that I have posted previously)
2 cups of elbow macaroni, cooked
2 cans of cheddar cheese soup
and this is where I differed...you are supposed to use 2 cans of evaporated milk and I only had one...and I wanted to see what would happen with only one can...and I really liked it this way and might do it on purpose next time...
1 stick of melted butter
cheese
16 oz of sour cream
mix all together and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes...
