last night, I felt like fried rice and we went to Pick Up Stix and Tim always gets Bourbon chicken...they were out last night...he was disappointed so I decided to try it for him for dinner tonight...

this is the recipe I used and he said it is so close to the restuarant's dish, he loves it and wants it again...the restaurant grills their chicken and I cut into bite size pieces and stir fried in a little oil...
the sauce went together really well and we paired with brown rice and asian veggies...
