bowtie alfredo with chicken, bacon and broccoli

after a really big dinner last dinner (time wise big) I wanted something tonight that was much less work entailed...I thought a lot about it and came up with this...

was going to make fettuccini and while at Target, liked the looks of bowtie pasta instead and everyone ended up loving it too...

listened to Ina Garten and roasted the chicken breasts instead of poaching them and it was a wonderful taste to the dish...

in respect to time today, I used Bertolli jars of alfredo sauce and added to the pasta and sauce, the chicken, diced bacon and broccoli pieces...

added mozzarella cheese to the top and baked it at 400 for about 20 minutes...

yummy
