this is the 2nd time I have made this dish...was requested by my daughter for tonight...she is having someone over and wanted to spoil them with dinner...
and yes I know we had pasta for dinner last night also, but am doing requests this week from my family and it just happened this way...
this recipe is basically a baked spaghetti with a creamy center between 2 layers of pasta, topped off with the spaghetti sauce...
made dinner early tonight so it would be done for Samantha and her friend and this is also Tim's first day back to work as Editor and I wanted to make him happy...
