baby bow tie pasta with Italian sausage in tomato, vodka sauce

I had bought a jar of tomato vodka pasta sauce and wanted to use it...and at the commissary they sell in the frozen food section a bag of precooked, sliced Italian sausage...I love to stock up on this to use at a moment's notice...

so I sauteed the sausage for a few minutes in a skillet and then added the sauce and brought to a boil, I then added the baby bow tie pasta and then let cook till pasta was al-dente...when it looked like it might need a little more liquid, I added some milk...topped with mozzarella...

this was so yummy and so so easy...

will definitely make this again...

made a homemade yeast bread to go with dinner...
