this dinner came together fairly quickly and I definitely will make it again, tho I do not think hubby was too happy when he came to get his plate...he does not care for dinners such as this, but hey ...
sometimes I cannot always please everyone...my philosophy is you either eat or you don't and Tim and I both liked it, so it will appear again...
