chicken taco casserole

http://bevcooks.com/2012/08/chicken-dorito/ this is what I made for dinner, tho I did change the recipe a tad...it was very very good albiet a little bit spicey... here is what I did; instead of 2 cans of soup, I added one and 1/2 cans of soup, and 1/2 cups of sour cream...with the cubed chicken, I did add the Rotel, taco seasonings, and then I added some frozen corn and some black olives... next time I would not put the Rotel (too spicey for our family) and I would add a little more of the taco seasoning... otherwise very very yummy
