I saw this at the store and was somewhat impressed...I love a good homemade bread, but am sometimes overwhelmed with the ingredients and the getting the yeast just right and the kneading and everything and I did not have that kind of time today...
this bread did fit the bill and they have other varieties...you don't have to knead it at all...it rises for and hour and only takes 20 minutes to bake and it was very good...
