since everyone seems to have some kind of sickness around here lately, we are eating a lot of soups...for the very few of us that aren't sick, we do not want to get sick and are therefore eating light...soups fit the bill...
tonight???
souper easy meatball soup
8 cups of water
2 packets of beef stew seasoning mixes
mix water and seasoning together in a big pot...set on high...
add 1 pkg of frozen meatballs
once it boils add 1/2 pkg egg noodles
cook till noodles are tender and add
1 pkg frozen peas
I also made homemade bread (well it was frozen Bridgeford bread) buy, hey I got it out of the freezer, and lovingly watched it while it rose (for over 6 hours!!!) and it was so beautiful in the oven and tasted even better...
btw...I was out of frozen peas, so added corn instead...
