I think this basically as a tator tot casserole...and the person that I got the link from, said that it is not a pretty dish but that the taste more than makes up for the way it looks...let me say, that everyone in the family did like the dish, including picky hubby...once again, when I was done cooking, I could not eat, but I did taste a bite and it was pretty darned good...
I will definitely make this again...pretty simple to make and I made enough for the little ones to take home also...
