I have posted about this dish previously and it is one of our absolute favorites...Tim and Zoie always ask for this dish and I like it since it is a one skillet recipe...(I need more of these most definitely...ha)
think my family likes it also cause it is pure comfort food...
Zoie will be so happy when she gets home from school and sees what is for dinner...
I always follow this recipe exactly except I also double it...it is great as leftovers too...
