made dinner tonight and let me tell you it is so nice to have a brand new deep dish teflon skillet (have wanted one for awhile now...) and I love it...so glad I bought it... what was for dinner? smoked sausage hash and it was delicious...
I cut up about four red potatoes, and added to oil in skillet, added 1 diced onion, 4 diced carrots and 1 cut up smoked sausage...let cook till potatoes are lightly brown...
