so so hot here, we went to a hotel yesterday just to escape for a night and it was so nice, I felt spoiled...

here goes...

Sunday 8/16............chicken and wild rice casserole (going to try in slow cooker)

Monday 8/17...........applebees copycat chicken salad wrap
                              tator tots (toaster oven)
                              veggies and dip

Tuesday 8/18..........meatball soup (premade frozen meatballs)
                             rice
                             cornbread

Wednesday 8/`9......BBQ pizza
                             salad
                             corn on the cob

Thursday 8/20........huli huli chicken (did not make last week...)
                            cole slaw
                            baked beans

Friday 8/21...........slow cooker lasagna
                            green beans
                            garlic bread

Saturday 8/22........chefs salad
                            artisan bread


yum happy eating...hopefully the weather will cooperate with me cooking this week...100+ temps make me melt (well after giving me a migraine...)
