cranberry chicken

years ago I had this really good recipe for cranberry chicken, that used cranberry juice frozen concentrate...from my memory I could not remember ingredients but was going to mess around with it and see what I could come up with...Ralph's however, does not carry the frozen concentrate...so, I bought a can of whole berry cranberry sauce and mixed it with a little OJ and covered the chicken...

was going to make roasted potatoes, and discovered we were out of potatoes so I made Rice a Roni, which I happen to love...

voila a dinner everyone loves...
