January's favorite dinners

I thought I would post every month which dinners we really liked a lot and will most definitely be adding to our monthly rotation of menus...

we really liked this chicken taco casserole very much and in fact, I am making again for Sunday night, a little re-vamped (it was a little too spicey for everyone...)

this was hands down our favorite for the month and my mouth is watering just thinking of making it again for tomorrow...
