this is a new recipe to us...I love Taste of Home recipes...
everyone loved dinner tonight...the only change I might make to it, is I might brown the tortillas just a tad before assembling the casserole otherwise, it has a great taste and consistency to it...
also made El Torito's corn cakes and refried beans...
