meatball soup that is and I already posted about this great soup on January 10th...it is really an Elk night, but I decided to stay home and make donner for Tim and me...
this has been a long haul...I miss cooking every night but being sick and in the hospital hit me kinda hard...it's been really hard coming back after this one...I am constantly tired and have no energy...
so, thought I deserved a night home and so made the soup and biscuits...
I am tired and soup was good tonight...
