while the cat is away...I have posted about this before...we eat things that Ross hates when he is away...
last night I made spam pie...yes, spam...I do not eat spam except for this one recipe that I found a long time ago when the kids were small...basically it is a biscuit crust, mix up one can of diced spam with 2 kinds of diced cheeses, and 3 eggs, pour into the crust and bake...very yummy...
tonight and I have blogged about this before, chicken and wild rice soup...very good tonight, came out more like a chowder...
